Your enquiry details

When you fill in an enquiry form, the details you type (name, phone number, optional company, email and location, your message and the products on your enquiry list) stay in your browser until you press a button:

Submit enquiry sends them to us. They arrive as an email to our enquiry address and are saved as a row in a spreadsheet in our own Google Workspace account, so we can reply and follow up on a quotation. Google processes them for us as our email and spreadsheet provider.
Send on WhatsApp or Send by email opens WhatsApp or your email program with your message. Nothing is sent until you press Send there; from that point the message is handled by that service under its own privacy policy.

We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if you place an order, to process it. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.

Saved in your browser

Your enquiry list (product names, model numbers and quantities) is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is still there when you return. It is not sent anywhere. You can empty it with the “Clear list” button, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to see which pages are useful and how fast they load. It records the page visited, the website that sent you, your country, your browser and device type and page-load timings. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage to collect these statistics and does not track individual visitors across websites. Your enquiry details are never part of these statistics.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not set advertising cookies.
The map on the Contact and About pages loads only when you press “Load interactive map”. Doing so connects your browser to Google.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and email open those services, which have their own policies.

Correcting or deleting your details

If you have sent us personal data and want it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details above and we will act on the request.

Product information

Product descriptions and specifications are given to help you identify and compare products. Manufacturers revise their ranges, so always confirm the exact model, ratings and options against the manufacturer’s datasheet or with us before ordering. Prices are given on quotation. Images are for identification and can differ from the product supplied.

Brand names

All brand names, product names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify products. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or a dealer relationship unless we state one explicitly.
